What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.  All prices on our site are in USD.

When will my credit card be billed for my order?

All purchases will be charged at the time the order is placed.

Does sales tax apply to my order? 

For all orders being shipped to Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Washington D.C., Washington, and Wisconsin local sales tax will be applied.

Can I change or cancel my order? 

Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes or modifications to orders once they have been placed.

***Please note that Cliptique reserves the right to cancel any order that violates any intellectual property or trademark laws, including company names, sports logos/teams, and/or profanity.

 

DISCOUNT CODES

I have a discount code that has recently expired - can I still use it? 

Expired discount codes and sale promotions cannot be applied to new orders.

I placed my order yesterday and today there is a discount code - Can I apply it to my previous place order? 

Discount codes and sale promotions cannot be applied retroactively to orders previously placed.

 

SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

Orders ship via First Class USPS , Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.  You are able to choose expedited shipping options at checkout, but please note that this does not expedite your order in the order queue. 

Custom orders are expected to ship within 2-3 weeks from the date your order was placed.  Our goal is to get these orders out even sooner, but it will depend on the current order queue. 

Cliptique is not responsible for shipping service provider's delays due to the Covid-19 health crisis.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you with tracking information. 

Where do you ship from? 

All products are made and shipped from south Florida.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return / exchange policy?  

ALL items are custom and final sale and cannot be returned. Please note that we strive for customer satisfaction, but as with any custom and handmade items, there will be some variation in color, bead placement, etc. which is what makes Cliptique custom items unique.

PRODUCT CARE

What should I avoid with resin products? 

Avoid storing any piece in direct sunlight.  While all pieces are made with a high-grade resin with UV resistant properties, some resins will yellow when exposed long term to the sun’s light or heat.  This is NOT to say that your piece cannot be worn outside, it is simply recommended to not let it sit for prolonged periods of time in direct light and/or heat.

Can my coasters and trays withstand extreme heat?

Because resin is technically a plastic, high heat is the best way to damage it quickly.  While all pieces are made with a heat-resistant resin, it is not recommended to use coasters and trays as hot plates (i.e. a hot dish fresh out of the oven).  Using coasters for a coffee mug is entirely suitable, however.  A good rule of thumb with any finished resin piece is to not let it heat to above 120 degrees Fahrenheit. 

How should I clean my resin pieces? 

Mild soap and water is the cleaner of choice for resin products.  You can also give your resin a light polish with a damp microfiber or chamois cloth. 

With the current COVID-19 pandemic, many people are seeing an increased use of cleaning supplies and hand sanitizer.  Because hand-sanitizer is an alcohol-based product, it can mar the finish of the resin.

***Overall, the treatment of your Cliptique piece from the start of its creation to the presentation and/or wearing it daily, should be filled with respect, care and love.  We do everything in our power to exemplify these things in the creation of each and every piece, but once it is in the customer’s hands it is their responsibility to see to its proper care.

What is the recommended age for accessories?

Small accessories, such as hair accessories and/or beaded accessories, are recommended for ages 3+ due to small parts.  As with any small accessories, children should never be left unsupervised.
